He will be responsible for enhancing Amey’s IT capabilities, ensuring the business remains at the forefront of emerging technologies. By building on the foundation laid by the current team, Andy will help create more innovative, and secure technology solutions that will drive operational efficiency and overall deliver better outcomes for Amey’s clients.
With over 30 years of experience in the technology sector, Andy brings people, technology and business enablement expertise having worked across Consumer Electronics (FMCG), IT Outsourcing, Investment Banking, and Aerospace and Defence markets during his extensive career. His leadership at companies such as QinetiQ and ACCO Brands, and most recently as CIO at BAE Systems Digital Intelligence, saw him spearhead the implementation of advanced digital, data, and cyber capabilities, giving customers and partners a distinct digital advantage. At Amey, Andy’s focus will be on leveraging and applying new technologies, such as AI, to enhance internal operations, streamline processes, and future-proof the business against evolving industry challenges. His expertise will ensure that Amey’s infrastructure and engineering services continue to exceed client expectations, while driving sustainability and innovation across all projects.
